...where it is not longer just to show up ready willing and able and need to be told what to do....and trained to do it...
need to understand your role in the process you are part of and buy or not buy into it....you can't buy into something you don't believe in.....either blind faith or ?
Need to balance your role in the system both individuality and collectively - and adapt to it....
